The site is located on the rural edge of Babol, adjacent to agricultural fields with a humid climate typical of Mazandaran. Vehicular and pedestrian access are clearly separated, and the building footprint is positioned to minimize site disturbance while preserving wide, open views of the surrounding landscape.

The project adopts a modern, compact, and functional design approach, emphasizing natural light, wide views, and a strong indoor–outdoor connection. Full-height openings, verandas, and terraces function as semi-open breathing spaces, enhancing both the spatial quality and the residential experience.

• Open-plan living and reception area with kitchen
• Full bathroom
• Access to an outdoor terrace ≈ 15 m²
First Floor
• Three bedrooms (including one master bedroom)
• One shared bathroom
• TV room
• Main terrace facing the landscape ≈ 30 m²

• Use of double-glazed windows, local shading elements, and cross ventilation to control humidity and thermal loads
• Orientation and sizing of openings designed for uniform daylight and optimal views
• Clear access separation and short circulation paths for efficient use

• Structure: Lightweight Steel Frame (LSF) system
• Envelope: Economical, low-maintenance materials with double-glazed windows
• Flooring: Washable, moisture-resistant finishes suitable for humid climates

Mani Villa is a modern, family-oriented residence designed with controlled scale and minimal site intervention. Its spatial organization emphasizes natural light, open views, and high-quality semi-open spaces, offering a comfortable living experience within the rural context of Babol.
