Site Context
The project is located on the edge of a rural settlement, near the mountain foothills of Mazandaran—an area characterized by high humidity, lush greenery, and expansive natural views. The design clearly separates pedestrian and vehicular access, and the building mass is positioned to minimize intervention in the natural terrain while preserving the key site vistas.
Design Concept
The architectural approach is modern, compact, and functional. Emphasis is placed on natural light, a sense of spatial openness achieved through elevated ceilings, and a direct connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Full-height openings, terraces, and semi-open spaces play an essential role in enhancing everyday living quality.
Spatial Organization
Ground Floor:

• A bedroom facing the main landscape

• Main terrace of approximately 30 m² with an open view
Climatic & Functional Strategies
• Use of double-glazed windows, permanent shading, and cross-ventilation to manage humidity and thermal loads
• Orientation and sizing of openings optimized for uniform daylight and quality views
• Clear access routes and minimized circulation paths to improve spatial efficiency

• Structure: LSF (Light Steel Frame) system
• Envelope: Cost-effective, low-maintenance materials combined with double-glazed glass
• Flooring: Durable, washable finishes suitable for the humid climate
